Services
Ergonomic Process Administration:
Order Placement, Tracking, Follow-up, and Conclusion.
Our Job:
Upon receiving your Request for Services (See Getting Started), we do the following:
- Place the order to the pre-established ergonomist for a work-site evaluation.
- Obtain the ergonomist’s report and notify you of the recommended changes;
- Obtain a quote for products and services from agreed upon vendors.
- Place the orders from agreed upon vendors (after seeking your approval)
- Track the ordering, delivery, and installation of ordered ergonomic equipment and services
- Arrange a follow-up ergonomic evaluation for training purposes.
- Submit the final documents to the insurance company and/or medical provider for reasonable accommodation compliance notification purposes.
Your Job:
- Assist in the initial set up of your account, which involves making decisions about vendors, and providing company and contact information.
- Complete an application by faxing the Ergo Referral Form to (408) 615-1605 or by emailing the Ergo Referral Form to: info@ergoexpeditors.com.
- Make arrangements to pay vendors directly.
- Review & authorize quotes
Auditing:
- Claims Auditing– On site or On-line (remote access): Contract Performance, Best Practices, Regulatory Compliance, OBAE, SIP/Reserve adequacy.
- Policy Review– Endorsement examinations, Ownership reviews, operations, classifications, Material/Nominal change of Interest
- Premium Auditing– Final Audit/Bill Review; Company Payroll Recordkeeping Review.
- Experience Modification Factor Review – Reconstruction based on adjusted claims outcomes.
Consulting:
- Process/Project driven: Closure and/or settlement projects; TPA/Client relationship issue; TPA transitions
